Booking the pod in a busy workplace is easy & is integrated in to the pod with your calendar system, so reservations can be made easily, or, if the pod is free, simply step inside & it will be reserved automatically. An occupancy light lets people outside know whether the pod is reserved or free to use. When you are nearly finished in your allotted time, an on-screen message will alert you when your booked slot is nearly up.
