Acoustic Pod Performance: The Facts
Hush pods are tested to the ISO 23351-1:2020 standard and carry an Acoustic Class B rating.
- Noise Reduction: They reduce ambient office noise from a typical 70 dB down to roughly 40 dB.
- Privacy: You aren't in an anechoic chamber; you’ll hear muffled background noise from the office, but your own conversation stays inside the pod.
- Build: This level of privacy is achieved using a combination of high-quality chipboard, acoustic glass and foam that is upholstered in a porous fabric.
